Chili Addiction, the La Cienega-based culinary brainchild of business (and romantic) partners John “Chef Johnny” Kovin and Rick Foster, has been serving healthy homemade fare to their hungry WeHo clientele for over two years.
“The way we came up with addiction,” said Chef Johnny, “is when Rick tasted my chili, he wanted it again. He kept thinking about it, and said, ‘It’s like an addiction!’”
