Breaking: President Obama Says Gays Should be Allowed in Boy Scouts

 
 
   

The Boy Scouts of America executive board meets Monday outside of Dallas, Texas, to consider lifting the ban and letting individual troops decide on whether gays can serve as scouts and scout leaders. Texas Gov. Rick Perry is strongly against the change, while President Obama told CBS News Sunday that gays should be allowed access to the organization.
