"NoMoreDownLow.TV was at the historic night club Jewel's Catch One for a town hall meeting, sponsored by "In The Meantime Men's Group" (ITMT), to raise awareness and search for solutions to a complicated issue; how to reduce the HIV infection rates by 50% in Los Angeles County. The town hall was part of ITMT's ongoing "Brothers Reaching Brothers" series. Mario Perez, Director of the Los Angeles County Division of HIV & STD Programs, was honored for his commitment and advocacy."
