Heklina is rebranding TrannyShack because Tranny has become the new T-word. I fall on the "intent" side of the fence when it comes to words, but I also would never want to tell someone how to feel about any certain word. Some of my gay male friends are totally fine with the F-word, some are not. I try to watch my language and be respectful, and that appears to be the decision that Heklina has come to after much thought.

Oh what 20 years will do to history. So many "feels" as the kids say these days, about Nirvana being inducted.

20 plus years ago Kurt wore a handmade Corporate Magazines Still Suck T-shirt on the cover of Rolling Stone, and everyone knows The RRHOF is Jann's baby, so...what would he have thought? Who can say? I like to think he would have grown into his place in rock like one of his worn out pair of jeans. His one band mate has gone on to super fame and fortune, and the other just seems to miss his friend a lot. I like that they had rocking woman, old and new, front the band for the induction. Joan Jett produced the first Germs album back in 77 so it was a mini reunion with Pat Smear, giving some cred to the ole Hollywood 70s punk scene that I love so dearly.

Others inducted were KISS, Cat Stevens, Linda Ronstadt, Hall and Oates, Peter Gabriel, and The E Street Band (BROOOOOCE is already there). You can watch the show May 31st on HBO.

She became an insta-star with The Slums of Beverly Hills and But I'm a Cheerleader at a very young age, but has recently come back in a big way with Orange is the New Black, easily our favorite Netflix series. Despite her issues with drug addiction and heart problems, Lyonne has made it to the other side. We'd like to wish her a wonderful birthday weekend, and we ask that she please post some pictures of her upcoming celebration with OITNB co-stars to her instagram account.

We all know Roseanne's lovable curmudgeon teen star Sara Gilbert is gay, and we all know that the "HAYYYY YAYYHHH YAYHHHH" song woman Linda Perry is gay, but they are now holy matrimonially gay!

D-listed confirms that the two have been dating for about three years, and Perry proposed a year or so ago. It is important to note that Ms. Perry proposed to Ms. Gilbert while a string quartet played The Cure's "Lovesong." (SO GOTH!) Well, at least that's what US Weekly said.

While Gilbert is now on the daytime talk show The Talk, people may not know that Linda Perry has written and produced some of your favorite songs, most notably with the one and only P!nk. That means she's rich, and I would marry her, too!

Interesting wedding fact: Juliette Lewis was there, and she's a Scientologist. I thought they did not like the gay way? Lewis tweeted her happiness at being at the wedding of her favorite couple, so I must totally misunderstand! Yay, Juliette! The couple is currently on honeymoon this week (location unknown), so you will not be seeing Gilbert on The Talk for a while.

Remember, you have one year after the ceremony to buy them a wedding gift, and it appears that Ms. Perry loves ridiculously large hats, so go on ebay and try to get her Pharrell’s hat or something close.
